Excelsior Charter School has been utilizing Watchman Patrol to protect our Victorville campus for many years. At Excelsior, the safety of our students, staff, and families is our top priority. Our survey results over the years have always indicated 98% of our students, staff, and parents feel our campus is safe. I strongly believe that this is in part to Watchman Patrol. The security staff at Watchman Patrol have always been professional, reliable, honest, hard working, and most importantly great with our students. The officers who have served on our campus have always been respectful to our staff, students, and parents, while upholding safety standards. The guards have been able to build great rapport, which again in turn contributes to the safe environment. I am grateful for the Watchman Patrol staff and their dedication to the safety of our campus. Everyday, through their actions and work, I see that they truly take seriously and value the safety of the campus. The exceptional work of the guards can be attributed to the leadership in the Watchman Patrol organization. The management of the guards and of our campus needs are always met with professional, friendly, and solution oriented thinking. The leadership of Watchman Patrol make regular visits to the campus, and is always accepting feedback to continuously improve. Overall, I would highly recommend Watchman Patrol to any school or organization in need of reliable, honest, and professional security. It is a true pleasure to work with a company who values their clients.
